Do my clients/customers/patients have to register before they can start booking appointments with me?

Booked100 makes it easy for your clients/customers/patients to schedule appointments with you by eliminating unnecessary and time-consuming 'barriers'.

Can I, or members of my staff, schedule appointments too?
Yes, of course. Your clients/customers/patients can always book their appointments online without involving you. However, if they choose to call your office, you, or a member of your staff, can schedule an appointment for them using booked100 system.

Do you limit the number of appointments I can accept/make each month?
Never!

What about double-bookings and over-bookings?
When you use booked100 to schedule appointments, double-bookings and over-bookings never occur. With booked100 scheduling system everything happens in real-time and our software ensures that no scheduling conflicts take place.

How flexible am I in defining my schedule/breaks/time off/holidays/etc.?
As flexible as you need to be. For each day of the week you specify your regular schedule (open or not, start time, end time, break time if any). You can also set holidays, time off/personal days ('all day' or partial), as well as any other 'blackouts'.

I am just starting my business/practice, but I do not want to appear too available. Can booked100 help me control the 'level of my availability'?
Absolutely. Booked100 offers a number of options that you can use to 'adjust and fine-tune the level of your availability' to meet your personal needs and preferences. We feel that it is best not to discuss these options in greater details here. Once you sign up for your 60-day free trial, these options will become available to you, and they are very easy to use too.

Will I be able to tell if an appointment is for a new or returning customer/client/patient?
Yes, you will. Please take a look at the demo to see how your customers/clients/patients can specify if they are new or returning. And by the way, you decide how you want to call people you work/do business with: customers, clients, or patients.

Do I need to install any software on my computer?
No, there is no software to install. All you need is a modern web browser and an Internet connection.

Does booked100 send automated confirmations and reminders to my clients/customers/patients?
Yes. Each appointment request gets verified first, and then, after you accept it, a confirmation is sent. Your clients/customers/patients also receive automated appointment reminders by email. In addition, they receive their 'appointment file' that can be saved/imported in Outlook/Sunbird/iCal/etc. We do everything we can to reduce your 'no shows'.

What about synchronization?
Sure. Booked100 allows you to seamlessly synchronize your schedule with Google Calendar (Google Calendar is offered by Google for FREE). Via Google Calendar, you can then sync your schedule with almost any scheduling application or device (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal, Mozilla Sunbird/Lightning, iPhone, BlackBerry, etc.)

I am already using Outlook/Sunbird/iCal/etc. to manage my schedule. Does booked100 support these scheduling applications?
Yes. You can either synchronize your Outlook/Sunbird/iCal/etc. via Google Calendar (highly recommended) as outlined in the previous question, or you can manually import your schedule whenever you like. We fully support exporting in iCal/vCal format.

I am concerned about abuse/bogus bookings. What does booked100 do to prevent it?
Booked100 is built with security in mind. First of all, each appointment request must have a valid email address and be manually verified by your client/customer/patient. You never get to see unverified requests. Secondary, for each appointment request we log the IP address of the computer from which it was submitted, so that a potential abuser can be traced. Lastly, no appointment ever gets into your schedule unless you personally accept it.

How much does it cost?
